If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval by our quality team.

Refunds are not applicable for products damaged due to mishandling, electrical issues caused by external factors, or for customized and installed charging stations. Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
